The Reading Rooms Haydon Bridge is ideally situated in Northumberland's wonderful countryside. We are surrounded by Heritage sites like Hadrian's Wall, National Trust Properties, The Lake District.

Every effort has been made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. All three rooms are en-suite, one is on the ground floor and two are suitable as family rooms. The rooms are light and two overlook the River South Tyne. All the rooms have televisions and hospitality trays.

The Reading Rooms was built around 1850 to provide a centre where local men could take their rest and read the newspapers and Bible. When Gill brought the property she carried out a major programme of refurbishment to creat a warm three-bed roomed Bed & Breakfast style hotel.
