Description: What TheCyclePeople.com say: The 2009 Aspect 50 is another entry level model, with the same spec as the 55, minus the disc brakes. It features a 6061 alloy frame with a Suntour XCM-H fork.
To meet the low pricepoint, the spec is mostly a mix of entry level Shimano products, and Scott's own branded bits. This reliable yet affordable mix should provide years of trouble-free service. The frame's geometry is relaxed rather than aggressive, as this bike is aimed at the beginner.
What Scott say: The Aspect line is light, efficient, engineered with hydro-formed alloy tubes and comfortable geometry to allow entry level cyclists to maximize their mountain bike experience.
