Description: When Frederick W Evans first designed a bicycle in 1921 his aim was to create forward-thinking framesets and products for UK cyclists. By the mid-Thirties he held patents for innovative frame designs as well as the CTC Silver Plaque award for his patented dropout design. Now in 2011 we're looking back at our history to celebrate 90 years of the Evans name in the cycling.
