Description: Sure, there are a lot of other choices on the market today for a do-it-all bike, so what makes the EVO stand out? Chumba designed the EVO to surpass all existing performance categories. It's strong and stiff, but light and super fast.
The EVO will take your riding to higher levels. Dial your fork down, and climb up your most technical singletrack with ease. When you begin your descent, be prepared to feel the EVO transform into a downhill rig that begs to be bombed down the gnarliest of trails.
The EVO is Chumba Racing's all mountain frame. Based around the patent pending FCC linkage, which provides 6" of travel through the Fox DHX Air 5.0 7.875" x 2.0" shock, yet still allows you pedal up hills. The rear end also features a Horst link to keep everything sweet under braking.
The heat-treated 6061 aluminium frame gets a reinforced headtube with big meaty gussets along the top of the top tube and the underside of the downtube.
Where the top tube drops down in front of the seat tube, to give extra clearance, you get another gusset to keep everything in place. You'll need a 31.6mm seat post and a 73mm BB to build the frame up.
